SBDC Sponsors Small Business Event
Small businesses can learn how they can receive government assistance during this month's Southwest Florida Small Business Resource Network (SBRN) "Network After Five" event. Experts from government agencies in Tampa and Miami will discuss services available from the Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Small Business Administration, Florida Department of Financial Services, Florida Department of Revenue, and the Career and Service Center of Fort Myers. The meeting runs from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 15 at International Design Center, 10800 Corkscrew Road in Estero. The event is sponsored by Florida Gulf Coast University's Small Business Development Center. Cost is $15 per person, with hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar available. Deadline for registration is May 13.
